Detailed Course Outline
This one day course covers all aspects of wound management in the EC including:
- methods of skin closure
- managing complex wounds eg. stellate wounds & skin loss
- wounds on special areas eg. nose, lips, ear
- common nerve blocks
- basics of procedural sedation
- Burn wounds
- wound dressings
