Brief Course Overview
This course aims to teach the candidate to assess unstable paediatric patients and to manage the acutely unwell child. The course also covers differences between paediatrics and adults, dealing with pain management in a child and skills related to paediatric acute illness management. It teaches this through lectures, skills workshops and simulations.
