Brief Course Overview
Part I:
Through lectures, videos and interactive workshops, delegates will develop an in-depth knowledge of the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement which they can use to improve the care delivered in their own Emergency Centre.
Part II:
Through lectures, videos and interactive workshops, delegates will develop an in-depth knowledge of the principles of Patient Safety which they can use to improve the care delivered in their own Emergency Centre.
